Enclosed Swinging Rack for 19" equipment. The main frame is made of 9-fold, profiled special section for the accommodation of heavy units such as professional 100-V power amplifiers.

Side jacketing and back wall can be detached, thus assuring easy access for installation as well as on-site assembly. Already installed cross braces aid in the fast mounting of service distributors, cable channels, C-rails and top-hat railing

A 100 mm high sheet steel base with removable rear and side shutters and three-part floor enable the running of cable on any side and from underneath. The roof is raised for better ventilation and equipped with a dust-protected opening for cable entry from the top.

The extreme loadable 19" swinging rack, with U-heights of 31, 40 and 45, can be used with right or left hand jam. Rack is welded, torsionally-rigid and of rectangular tube section and 6-fold, edge-folded mounting rail. It has a usable depth of approx. 470 mm in the swing area. The frame is provided with a double ward lock and can be swung 120°.

The grounding complies with VDE 800 and VDE 804 and is accomplished by means of safety earth terminal points on the door, enclosure and all removable parts.

Standard model is provided with a front frame. The see-through door with 180° opening angle, twist lock and standard double ward is outfitted with a 3 mm thick safety glass pane. The double ward can be replaced with a 27 mm lock cylinder Model A.

IP 55 degree of protection according to EN 60529 (complete protection against dust accumulation and jet-water) is achieved with door.

High quality surface finish with a dip primer and powder coated texture in RAL 7032.
